If you'd like to pause or cancel your next shipment, simply log into your account and select pause/cancel. If your box has already been shipped, your changes will take effect for the following month.
If you prepaid for a discounted multi-month subscription (3-month, 6-month, or 12-month) and would like to cancel the remaining months left in your order, you will receive a refund of the outstanding subscription less the full non-discounted price of each box and the retail price of any gifts received.
We do not accept returns once a box has been shipped. If something in your shipment got damaged, please email us with a photo and we'll send a replacement right away.
If you received a book or item you already have, please give it to a friend or someone in need.
We're happy to provide a refund for any orders not shipped. If your subscription has renewed (your card has been charged) and you do not wish to receive the order you've paid for, please email us as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, if the box has already shipped then we can't provide a refund.
