How does it work?

Here at Kidspire Crate, we spend months researching and curating themes and activities that are fun, engaging and developmentally appropriate. As a monthly subscription box, you'll receive a curated shipment to your door every month until you pause or cancel.

 

Subscribe by the 25th of the month to ensure you get next month's shipment. Subscription orders after the 25th will be grouped with the following month's orders.

 

Subscriptions renew automatically on the 15th of each month and you can pause or cancel anytime before then to avoid being charged for your renewal.

Are your boxes only for girls?

No, and that's what sets us apart! One of the best ways to level the gender playing field is when boys get to learn about the cool things girls have done, just as girls learn about what boys have done. Everything included in the box is suitable for any child.

Can I purchase a subscription as a gift?

Of course! You can either purchase a recurring subscription for someone else or a one-time box from our shop.

 

During check-out, let us know if you want to add a special card or other extra gifts for the little ones in your life!

When will I get billed?

Your first order is billed automatically when you sign up and then monthly thereafter on the 15th. If you'd like to pause or cancel your subscription, be sure to do so before the 15th.

 

If during checkout you select a prepay option, such as quarterly, semi-annual or annual billing, your billing will automatically renew according to the schedule you picked but you'll receive a shipment every month.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Absolutely. Simply log into your account and pause or cancel before the 15th of the month to avoid being re-billed for next month.

When will my order ship?

Subscription boxes ship together every month on the 28th. Be sure to get your order in by the 25th to meet the cut-off.

We ship from beautiful Vancouver, BC, Canada.

Can I return my crate?

We do not accept returns and do not provide refunds once your crate has shipped. For more information, click here.
